Our team will walk you through everything — from insertion and removal to daily care routines — so you feel fully confident before you leave. A contact lens fitting ensures your lenses are comfortable, healthy, and right for your eyes.

How a Contact Lens Fitting Works

Whether you're a first-time wearer or switching lenses, the process is straightforward — and we're with you at every step.

  1. 1

    Comprehensive Eye Exam

Every fitting begins with an up-to-date eye exam and prescription. Contact lenses are a regulated medical device that must be prescribed by an optometrist or optician, so an accurate prescription is the essential first step.

  2. 2

    Fitting & Trial Lenses

We measure the curvature of your eyes and trial different lenses to assess how each one fits and feels — so we can match you with the right lens type, brand, and parameters for your eyes and lifestyle.

  3. 3

    Insertion, Removal & Care Training

If you are new to contacts, our team shows you exactly how to insert, remove, and care for your lenses — so you leave feeling completely confident handling them on your own.

  4. 4

    Follow-Up & Adjustments

We schedule a follow-up to confirm your lenses fit well and your eyes stay healthy. If anything isn't quite right, we'll happily try other options until we find a lens that works for you.

Reordering & Recycling Made Easy

Once you're set up with the right lenses, restocking and disposing of them responsibly is simple.

Easy Reordering

Reorder your regular lenses with us and pick them up in store or arrange delivery. For returning wearers, we keep your prescription and preferred lenses on file, so restocking takes just a quick call to (416) 221-8833.

Contact Lens Recycling

Used contact lenses and blister packs are too small for municipal recycling. Bring your clean, dry lenses and blister packs (no cardboard) to our clinic and we'll recycle them for you — a small step that keeps them out of landfills and waterways.
