We also offer direct billing to most major Canadian extended health benefit providers, so your insurance is applied directly at the time of your visit with no out-of-pocket payment for covered services. No referral is needed. You can book a comprehensive eye exam directly with us at any time. We provide eye exams for all ages — children, adults, and seniors — and our team will help you determine the right type of exam for your needs.

What is your return policy for eyewear?

Accepted Answer

If you are not satisfied with your glasses within 30 days of purchase, please bring them back and our team will work to make it right — whether that means an adjustment, a re-fitting, a lens remake, or in some cases a full exchange. We stand behind our work and want every patient to leave happy with their eyewear. Contact lens returns are accepted for unopened, unexpired boxes in original packaging within 30 days.

My glasses do not fit perfectly or my vision feels off. What should I do?

Please come back in and see us — at no additional charge. Minor frame adjustments are always complimentary. If the issue is related to your prescription or lens, our team will assess and re-make your lenses if required. We want your eyewear to work perfectly, and we will not consider the job done until it does.
